A client expected the provisions of the Finance Act 2017 with respect to IR35 in the public

sector to be extended to the private sector, as they eventually were on 6 April 2021

The client uses a number of limited company contractors

South Eastern Business Services worked with the client to ensure contracts , processes

and procedures are robust and support the independent status of the limited company

Contractors and that there is no potential risk of IR35 being deemed to apply.
